- Description
- The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, professional expertise, equipment, to sufficiently meet the requirements to maintain a healthy and aesthetic grounds appearance in accordance with Contract Specifications and the Performance Requirement Summary (PRS) specified herein (reference Attachment A) for work activities including (1) Mowing, (2) Trimming, (3) Curb and Sidewalk Edging. All activities shall be performed in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, County, Village, and Township laws, ordinances and regulations including, but not limited to OSHA standards. Any damage to turf, landscaping, sprinkler heads, infrastructure, headstones, etc., by the Contractor shall be repaired or replaced at Contractor's expense, as directed by the COTR. This Acquisition is a Total (100%) Competitive Set-Aside For Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Concerns, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations Subpart 19.14. (see Government-wide Numbered Notes #29)
