- T.V. Kings Pointer Drydocking including, but not limited to, regulatory drydock, machinery work items and limited topside repairs. Vessel will steam to contractor proposed facility (where repairs will be performed) from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, New York. The RFP and any related documents for this procurement will be available for downloading on the Federal Business Opportunities website on/about 03/01/2006. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs)! The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
