Description

For Information Purposes Only The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) ? National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) is planning to purchase from Assay Technology, Inc. items HCS-410-10 Flow-Temperature-Humidity Control Systems (1-10LPM) with External Control Option EC-100.The Agency is unaware of any comparable product on the market the will meet the needs of the agency. However, the agency will consider any response(s) to this announce received by March 03, 2006, in determining whether or not to Compete this requirement. If the agency determines to complete this requirement, a RFQ will be issued solely to the responder of this notice; a subsequent presolicitation notice will not be issued. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) prior to award of a Federal Contract, Vendors may register at www.ccr.gov .
