Description: Description: Lease/Rental and Maintenance of copier equipment, (20 analog, 160 digital) which product 8 million copies annually. This is large copier equipment such as Pitney Bowes model DL 150, DL 460, DL 600 and similar. Replace this equipment with equivalent as leased/rental term ends. Contract to be in place from 3 to 5 years. Technician to be familiar with all types of copier equipment. Maintenance expected within 24 hours, and will include moving of equipment from one facility to another. May require security clearance. Largest area of performance; Nevada. Potential offerors shall provide evidence of ability to perform the work above. RFP to be issued March 1, 2006.
