- THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE POSTED FOR REVIEW AND PRINTING ON THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENTS WEBSITE (www.fbo.gov) IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS. This contract requires tree thinning with associated slash treatment, (approximately 469 Acres) and related work in compliance with its terms, specifications, and provisions. This includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals. Project is located on the Emmett Ranger District, Boise National Forest. The general work vicinity may be reached by Forest Roads that are accessible by standard two-wheel drive pickup during normal operating seasons. A four-wheel drive may be needed when roads are wet, icy or snow covered. Thinning must be completed by November 30, 2006. NAICS code: 115310. Size Standard: $6.5 Million. See numbered note #1.
