- Description
- The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is searching for small business A-E firms with experience in laboratory design and other research and construction/A-E type tasks (individual or in a team arrangement) that would be interested in contracting opportunities with ARS in the Northern Plains Area (NPA). The work would take place at various laboratories in the NPA states of Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Kansas, and firms must be located in these states. In particular, we are searching for firms that are small, small-disadvantaged, small service-disabled-veteran-owned, or small HUBZone firms. (A firm is considered small if their average annual receipts for each of the previous 3 years is $4.5 million or less.) Firms may express their interest by submitting a capability statement to the address above that includes the firm's name, address, contact and phone number, as well as a short history of their experience in laboratory design work and other research and construction/A-E type tasks. DO NOT SUBMIT SF-330. Capability statements should be submitted to the attention of Ms. Armetia Cato within 21 days of publication this notice.
