- ITEM DESCRIPTION: Seal, Ring, Metal SOLICITATION PERIOD: 30 days ISSUE DATE: February 28, 2006 CLOSING DATE: March 30, 2006 QUANTITY: 250 EA SPECIFICATION: U.S. Army Tank Command Drawing 12284322, et al DESTINATION: Defense Distribution Depot, Anniston, AL DELIVERY: 150 days ACQUISITION NOTES: Unrestricted. Drawings are required and available; instructions for obtaining drawings will be included in solicitation document. This acquisition will contain a provision that will enable the Government the option of purchasing additional units representing up to 50% of the base quantity, if demand warrants. It is the Government?s intention use simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5 to award a firm fixed-price contract.
