- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR SENIOR STRESS ANALYST FOR GLOBAL PRECIPITATION MEASUREMENT PROJECT. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to add the web address, extend date for questions and due date. The web address has been added to additional documentation for this Combine Synopsis Solicitation. https://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/rfqs/submit/vendor_quote.cgi?rfqnum=NNG06137816Q&pin=5 1 The due date for questions has been extended to February 17, 2006. The due date for receipt of offers is extended to February 21, 2006. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) by February 21, 2006. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
