- Description
- The Government intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Time and Materials type contract in support of the Navy Personnel Research, Studies, and Technology (NPRST) Division, Bureau of Naval Personnel. The services to be provided will directly support decision support tools in manpower, personnel, training and education management and analysis. While specific tasks will be outlined in delivery orders, generally these tasks will be related to: 1) web and wireless technologies for modeling and simulation access, survey implementation, and performance posting; 2) data base design, development, linkage, and maintenance; and 3) model development, evaluation, redesign, update, enhancements and integration, and maintenance. This contract will expand research conducted in modeling and simulation, data and information access, and organizational assessment for manpower managers and analysts in such a way that it minimizes the technical requirements from the user. The Period of performance of the resulting contract will be from 01May 2006 through 30 April 2007 with provisions for four (4) one (1) year option periods. The FSC Code is R421 and the NAICS is 541519. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http:www2.eps.gov, as this office no longer issues hard copy solicitations. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or about 22 December 2005. By submitting an offer, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor or the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended of debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency. Failure to do so may be grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-DEC-2005).
