- Single award term contract for the period beginning Date of Award and ending January 31, 2007 for the Department of Health and Human Services/PHS. Production area, it is assumed that all production facilities used in the manufacture of the products ordered under this contract will be located within a 60 miles radius of Zero milestone Washington, D.C. Bidders outside area must furnish documentation of their ability to meet schedule. Copy pickup in Rockville, MD. 3 to 40 publications, 1 to 5 orders per month. Perfect Bound ? up 60,000 copies per order with approximately 72-600 pages per order (average 250 pages) approximately 6-11 tab dividers per book, and approximately 100-260 pages per orders ( average 200 pages). Looseleaf ? up to 20,000 copies per order with approximately 72-600 pages per order (average 250 pages) approximately 6-11 tab dividers per book, and Saddle Stitch ? up to 50,000 copies per order with approximately 20-6-96 pages per order. Size: text 8 x 11 inches and covers 11 x 17 inches. Text prints head to head in black ink and/or a color other than black. Covers 1, 2, 3, and 4 print in one or two pantone ink colors. An occasional order will require 4-color process for the cover. Tabs print face and back in black or a color other than black. Operations include electronic prepress, printing in one to two ink colors or 4-color process, collating, drilling, binding, packing, and distribution. Bids offer are f.o.b. destination.
