- Description
- AMOUNT: The U.S. Government is seeking approximately 4,000 ANSI/BOMA square feet of warehouse space. LOCATION: Space must be located within Central Business District (CBD) of North Charleston, South Carolina. If suitable space cannot be found within the CBD, then the Government will give consideration within city limits. Required: All services, utilities, supplies, partitioning and required tenant Alterations are to be provided as part of the rental. All property must be within or facing delineated area. Term: Space is required not later than July 1, 2006. The lease term will be for five (5) years, three ( 3) years firm with the Government having the right to terminate on 30 days notice. Owners and Agents: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office in writing by February 28, 2006. Please include common area factor for available space by floor, if applicable. Submission by any party other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
