Description
This modification is issued to notify all contractors that Solicitation W58RGZ-04-R-0925 has been cancelled and replaced by solicitation W58RGZ-06-R-0214 and the estimated closing date is now 10 April 2005. The contractor shall furnish all depot lev el labor, facilities, tools, packaging, test equipment, mandatory and non-mandatory parts, and materials to repair and overhaul the Connecting Link, AH-64 A/D, INPUT NSN: 3040-01-352-1531, PART NUMBER:7-311411155-11; NSN:3040-01-147-4772,PART NUMBER: 7-311 411155; NSN:3040-01-432-8240, PART NUMBER: 7-311411155-9 and OUTPUT NSN3040-01-432-8240, PART NUMBER: 7-311411155-11. Contractor furnished parts shall be either original equipment manufacturer's or from an approved, qualified and/or engineering tested ven dor. No surplus parts shall be used or applied. The proposed contractual action will be for a five year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with a minimum quantity of 300 and the maximum of 1920 each (MAX quantity in cludes FMS total of 320). This requirement is a Critical Safety Item (CSI) and contains critical characteristics; therefore, it is restricted to only AMCOM AED approved sources. Overhaul and repair shall be accomplished in accordance with Depot Maintenan ce Work Requirements (DMWR) 1-1615-312, dated 7 February 2003 containing National Maintenance Work Request (NMWR) standards and the applicable AMCOM Engineering Directives (AEDs). All responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the a gency. Firms that recognize and perform overhaul and repair on the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Submit documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocates Shopping List (CASL) procedures. These procedures are outlined at the following site: https://www.redstome.army.mil/cmo/ . This requirement is currently unfunded and award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date of release and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
