- The U.S. Army TACOM ARDEC intends to award on Sole Source requirement to Franklin Engineering Group, Inc. the services for Plant Solvent System Evaluation Support. Specialized technology and know-how is crucial to evaluate the current solvent recovery system and possible technology upgrades to ensure a cost efficient, practial and environmentally friendly solution to replace the current solvent recovery system at Radford AAP. Franklin Engineering Group, Inc. of Franklin, TN offers complete design-build services and has experience in executing similar projects from initial conception through design, procurement, construction, start-up and operational support.
