- The Contracting Center of Excellence, on the behalf of Training Directorate, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3/5/7 Headquarter is issuing the presolicitation notice for Army Training Support for program managers, technical assistance and subje ct matter expertise to support twenty three (23) Army training programs. The solicitation will be issued February 14 2006. All questions must be sent by email before February 24 2006. No phone call will be accepted at any time during proposal submittal p eriod. All questions will be addressed by amendment to the solicitation, which will address all questions submitted before cut-off date mentioned above. A copy of the solicitation can be retrieved at Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) website at http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/RFP1.asp . This requirement is total Small Business Set-Aside.
