- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The purchase request number is F2VWCG5362A100. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-05. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 333997, Scale and Balance (except Laboratory) Manufacturing the size standard of which is 500 employees (Not to exceed). DESCRIPTION: Pallet Scale REQUIREMENTS: (1 ea) Portable Roller Deck Scale System, Live scale size 117? W x 111 ?? deep, Height adjustable 18-22?, 15,000 lbs X 5lb graduations, Stainless steel indicator NEMA 4 enclosure, keyboard tare, 12V DC power, (4) 10K NTEP Approved Loadcells, 4 LC Stainless Steel Summing Junction, Forklift channels, quick adjust screw type leveling legs, pallet stops, NEMA 4 outer enclosure with window, (NOTE: Add 13? to width for indicator mount). Please include line item for freight if not included in the price. Also your quote must list your DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN.
