Description

Custom Industrial Gas Fired Process Oven to include: interior work chamber of 10'W, 20'D, and 7'H; maximum temperature of 400F (normal operations at 180 and 250F); Accuracy of +/- 1% of temperature; (8) 1 1/2" vacuum ports in side of oven; 1 port for thermocouples; (12) J type thermocouple outlets with 12 point chart recording ability; Chart recorder for oven air temperature; Fan mounted on top of unit; Visible ON or HOT indicator; Run time meter; 4" of 6lb density industrial mineral wood insulation; 2 swing open doors with heavy duty steel hinges, heat seals and explosion venting latches, mounted on 10' by 7' side; Digital programmable controller with ability to ramp and soak, hold 6 programs, ability to control ramp rate, programmed shutoff, UL listed panel; Dual airflow to evenly heat large, irregularly shaped parts; must run on 208 V, 3 phase, 60 Hz power supply (110 V for control panel); must comply with applicable standards (NFPA 54, NFPA 86, NFPA 79, NFPA 70, NEMA, OSHA, IRI, FM); Owner's manual(to include electrical schematic drawings, parts list); User's manual; Maintenance manual; Full functional test prior to shipment; Shipment of oven to Tinker AFB; On site responsibilities include: unloading, assembling all components, wiring of unit, shim as needed to meet equipment specifications, training for minimum of 4 government employees.
