Description

The Air Force Flight Test Center is seeking potential sources capable of providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform injecting chemicals regardless of condition of or the lack of feed pots or injector pumps. The contractor shall assume all liability and responsibility for spillage or leakage of chemical products from point of acess to Edwards AFB to the point of injection at each individual system location. The contractor shall provide an environmental incident clean up plan which shall be approved and submitted to the contract monitior. Additionally, 150% secondary containment shall be provided at each location where chemical products are present. The contractor shall supply chemical products by a drum less delivery system. The report must be delivered to appropriated goverment representative on site on day of delivery. Also, the contractor shall provide a writtten or automated maintenance report on each site visit detailing system condition, service that was and or is required. All services will be performed IAW the Statement of Work (SOW). A SOW is being developed at this time. It will be released with the solicitation on or around 10 April 2006. The period of performance will be from 1 June 2006 through 30 September 2006 with 4 option years.
