- Description
- MACC requirement covers a broad range of construction services to include maintenance; repair, renovation, and design build services. The MACC will be a multiple award IDIQ contract for a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction work as well as design-build projects, on real property at Randolph AFB, TX. The government will award at least three contracts to 8(a) firms located in the San Antonio Business District. Individual delivery orders will be competed among the selected contractors. The Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract will provide for a basic contract effort to cover one year, with four (4) one-year options.
