- Description
- Provide wheelchair patient transportation services for VA Connecticut Healthcare System located in West Haven, CT. It will be the responsibility of the offeror to have all the required licensing and permits necessary to perform this contract. Before award will be made the potential contractor will be required to provide evidence of this. Performance period will be from June 1, 2006 through May 31, 2007. Solicitation package will include four additional option year periods. NAICS code 485991 applies to this procurement. The solicitation package (approximately 35 pages) can be viewed or downloaded, at no charge, from the link on this page (if no link is shown then solicitation has not been posted yet). Solicitation shall be posted on or about February 16, 2006. Should interested parties wish to obtain a hard copy of the solicitation package, it is available for a non-refundable fee of $35.00, payable by certified check or money order to VA Connecticut Healthcare System.
