- The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with the Doxcelerate Corporation (Doxcelerate), 134 East Gate Drive, Suite C, Los Alamos, NM, 87544. NNSA has determined that Doxcelerate, a small business under North American Industry Classification System code 541512, is the only source capable of providing the required technical and computer system management and expertise to maintain and enhance the current DOE automated Directives system. Doxcelerate holds copyright to the Directives Review and Comment System (RevCom) and licenses for the Explorit search software. Doxcelerate has specific expertise and knowledge in analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of the RevCom and Explorit software applications, specifically the GemStone application server and Explorit Federated Search and Alerts Modules. NNSA intends to negotiate only with Doxcelerate under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 and no other sources will be considered. A public solicitation is not available and requests for a solicitation will not be honored. This notice satisfies the requirements of FAR Part 5. The estimated value of the 3-year contract is $435,400.00 and is subject to funding.
