Description
Bechtel Nevada is seeking sources for non-requirements Blanket Task Order Agreement(s) for Technical Support Services for a period of five (5) years with an option for five (5) additional years. To be considered as a potential source, interested parties shall submit capability statements demonstrating the spectrum of professional service areas and providing resume samples of individuals available to perform these services. Sources must provide sufficient detail to enable preliminary evaluation. WORK SCOPE: Subcontractor shall provide using best industry practices on a fast track basis, all supervision, personnel, equipment, material, and transportation as necessary to perform a range of technical support services, but are not exclusive or limited to: Test Readiness Support, Counter Terrorism including first responders exercise and training, and operational readiness support, Engineering, Design, and Construction support (excluding A&E work), Foreign Language translation and interpretation, Waste Management operations and design including handling support, Geotechnical services, Environmental Restoration operations and design, Environment, Safety & Health services, Nuclear services, safety, and training, Quality Assurance including assessments, Industrial & Security analysis, Business Systems, process solutions and improvements, Regulatory Compliance, Potential other specialty areas. EXCLUDES ALL A&E WORK. QUALIFICATIONS: Subcontractor must possess diverse expertise in field operation/business area with which it is involved, must demonstrate capability, possess educational credentials, and/or experience and technical expertise in its field, as well as understanding of the application/mission area in which its expertise will be used, and familiarity with the customer and the DOE and NNSA communities. In addition, subcontractor may be required to submit to a Quality Assurance audit to determine the appropriate quality grading level (grades 1, 2, or 3) of work subcontractor qualified to perform. SECURITY CLEARANCE: A Department of Energy security clearance may be required to perform work under this subcontract. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: To be considered as a potential source interested parties must: 1) Clearly identify their areas of expertise. 2) Demonstrate their capabilities by providing catalogs, literature or brochures reflecting their abilities. 3) Provide proof of experience in the areas identified by providing a list of recent contracts for similar work. 4) Demonstrate that they have the resources necessary to provide the required services.
