TOTAL PR QUANTITY IS 2 EACH, WITH 100% OPTION (SEE CLAUSE I17D01). MATERIAL WILL BE SHIPPED TO NEW CUMBERLAND, PA. PLEASE SEE NOTE 26. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE ISSUE DATE OF MARCH 01, 2006 AT HTTPS://WWW.DIBBS.BSM.DLA.MIL/. WHILE PRICE MAY BE A SIGNIFICANT FACTOR IN THE EVALUATION OF OFFERS, THE FINAL AWARD DECISION WILL BE BASED UPON A COMBINATION OF PRICE, DELIVERY, PAST PERFORMANCE AND OTHER EVALUATION FACTORS AS DESCRIBED IN THE SOLICITATION.
