- Description
- The Contractor shall furnish labor, materials and equipment necessary to fabricate and deliver a pre-engineered, prefabricated, insulated, vermin-resistant steel locker measuring approximately 7'-0 wide, 21'-0 long and 8?-8? high. The locker will be used for the storage of grassland habitat program grass seeds and shall be capable of maintaining the seed in a controlled environment. A 9?-0?x 23?-0? concrete pad will be in place for setting the building. The Government will arrange for the off-loading and setting of the building. The design shall comply with the latest version of applicable Federal, State and Local codes, regulations, and requirements including OSHA. The site of the work is at the Kulm Wetland Management District, garage/maintenance campus, located approximately 1 mile west of Kulm, North Dakota.
