- The services provided by this contract include an enterprise-wide license for standardized UM decision support criteria sets and software, namely McKesson Health Solutions InterQual Criteria Sets and distribution to selected Military Treatment Facil ities (MTFs) and other organizations within the TRICARE Management Activity (TMA). The Contractor shall provide the necessary facilities, personnel, equipment, and materials for distribution and associated training, as required for the period of performan ce of a base period and two option periods. Questions are due 16 February 2006 at 1600 hours. Proposals are due 27 February 2006 at 1600 hours. Proposals shall be sent via email to thea.hofgesang@det.amedd.army.mil.
