Travis AFB intents to award sole source contract to Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education dba ACGME 515 N State St., Ste 2000 Chicago IL 60610-4365 on or about 17 Feb 2006 for the following accreditation at David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB, CA 94535. Item 0001 ? Program 1200511001- Family Medicine 32 Residents; Program 1400521465- Internal Medicine 8 Residents, Program 2200521001 ? Obstetrics and Gynecology 3 Residents, Program 3200511001 Pediatrics 12 Residents, Program 4200521001 Diagnostic Radiology 12 Residents, Program 4400531001 ? Surgery 13 Residents, and Program 9990500008 ? Transitional Year 4 Residents. This requirement is a sole source pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) and (d)(1)(B) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
