- Comments are requested on the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) for an OMB Circular A-76 Study of Geological Analysis Services currently being performed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). Refer to the Special Notice, posted in Federal Business Opportunities on November 10, 2005, under solicitation number NRCS-MSD-FW-18-06. This is a DRAFT PWS and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a FORMAL RFP, RFQ, or contract. The DRAFT PWS is available for download from the Federal Business Opportunity website at www.fedbizopps.gov or www.fbo.gov . This synopsis is not a request for proposals and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. This DRAFT PWS is open for comment until 11:59 P.M., Central Standard Time, December 31, 2005. Please submit all comments on the attached Comment Form as an attachment by e-mail to barbara.bardin@ftw.usda.gov . All e-mailed responses must provide the return e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, and facsimile (fax) number in the body of the response. Telephone responses will not be accepted. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME. It is also the responsibility of the respondent to monitor this site for the release of any solicitation, synopsis, or related documents.
