- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Media and surrounding communities, Pennsylvania The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 6,309 rentable square feet, yielding at least 5,486 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet in Media and surrounding communities, Pennsylvania. The building must be located in the following delineated area: North ? West Chester Pike East ? South Bishop Avenue South ? Penn Central Train Tracks West ? North Providence Road The space should yield at least 5,486 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 2007. The offered space must be first class office space in a quality building which meets, or is capable of meeting, the Governments general and specific requirements. Owners/Agents ? Submissions by other than the owner of property and/or site must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space/site. Expressions of interest should be submitted within 10 days and must include: 1) Building name and address or location of site; 2) Rentable square feet, rentable rate per square foot and common are factor This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
