- A Firm-Fixed Price contract, W56HZV-06-C-T002, will be awarded to Global Fleet Sales, Inc., Charlottesville, VA, for a quantity of 350 EACH with a 100% Option for Afghan National Police (ANP) vehicles. The ANP vehicle is Special Off-Road Vehicle (SO RV) Ford Ranger built in Thailand modified by Global Fleet Sales. There is no National Stock Number (NSN) assigned to the vehicle. The total estimated value of the contract is $17 Million. No solicitation will be issued. Alpha negotiations will be conducted on a sole source basis with GFS, Inc., Charlottesville, VA.
