- NSN: 3740-01-096-1632, TRAP, INSECT, Sole Source to B & G Equipment, Cage 11865, Part Number 121101, Unit box contains 100 each (strips). Each Strip consists of 3 Traps. 10 Strips per Bundle, 10 bundles per box. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR currently does not have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP 251. Requested delivery is 93 DARO. This NSN is not a critical application item, is a commercial item, and is not a critical safety item as of 02/09/2006. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 560 BX for the base year and 448 BX for each option year thereafter. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 112 BX for the base year only. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is 14 March 2006, and the solicitation closing date is 28 April 2006.
