- YPG05319000558 9150-00-189-6729 Firm Fixed-Price Contract: Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Although this is a combined synopsis, please refer to the hard copy solicitation available on the Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil/. You must submit your proposal on the hard copy solicitation. From the Gateway homepage, left-hand sidebar, select ?Search RFQs.? Then choose the RFQ you wish to download. RFQs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation SP0406-06-Q-9385 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a 100% quantity option for NSN 9150-00-189-6729. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR. This procurement is unrestricted. The following information applies to this NSN: This is a commercial item. MSDS and Hazardous Warning Label are required. Stock delivery to SRG Richmond, VA and AQ5 Tracy, CA will be FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. NSN 9150-00-189-6729: unit of issue is a 55 gallon drum. Delivery is 60 DARO. Quantity is 2278 DR plus a 100% option. Item Description: Lubricating Oil, Engine, in accordance with MIL-PRF-2104G. NOTE: Virgin and re-refined products are acceptable; however, re-refined is preferred. For all re-refined products, a minimum of 25% re-refined content are required in order to comply with 40 CFR 247.11, CPRG/RMAN 1, Re-refined Lubricant. This solicitation will be issued on February 10, 2006 and will close on February 24, 2006.
