- Services, non-personal: Contractor to furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide: The purchase, installation, and assembly of: 0000 Treadmill -- 2 heavy duty treadmills with telemetry and heart rate monitor, user max of 400lbs, .5 - 12 mph, 0% - 15% incline, stop system, 4 HP ACmotor, 20 x 60 running surface, numeric keypad. 0001 8 Station Cable/Weight Stack Fitness Device -- Available stations include Tricep Pushdowns, Lat Pulldown, Dual Pulley Pulldown, Row, Dual Pulley Row, Adjustable Pulley, Fixed Pulley Cable Crossover with Outrigger, and Adjustable Pulley Cable Crossover with Outrigger. 0002 Adjustable Cable Cross Over -- 1:2 resistance ration, 20 easy to set and adjust vertical pulley positions, 6 chin up handles, and 2 190lbs weight stacks. 0003 Stand Alone Dual Adjustable Pulley -- 1:4 weight stack resistance, accessory kit to include various handles and attachments, 2 390lbs weight stacks. 0004 The Contractor will perform all diagnostic checks on the treadmills, cable stations, and multi gym device to ensure all installed programs work, make sure all pieces of equipment are set and balanced, and remove and dispose of all packing and freight materials from the local premises. There is no loading dock for the Fitness Center and the delivery vehicle must have a powered lift gate/ramp.
