Description

The Center for Health Care Contracting, MEDCOM Health Care Acquisition Activity, Ft Sam Houston, TX intends to pursue a Single Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Personal Services Task Order Contract to provide Dental Services for variou s Army OCONUS locations in Germany, Italy and Korea. This contract is intended to be awarded for a base period of 6 months and four (4) option years. The services will be provided by General Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Pediatric Dentists and Orthodontist s. This procurement will be a Request for Proposal to contractors that are certified in the SBAs 8(a) Business Development Program only. For information purposes, the NAICS code for this acquisition is 621210 and Small Business size standard is $6.0 Mil. Solicitation W81K04-05-R-0026 will be issued on or about 30 Jun 2005 with a closing date of 30 days after issue date.
