- This is a notice of intent to award on a sole-source basis for the commercial items in accordance with FAR Part 12 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), citizenship & Immigration Service (CIS) intends to contract with Jemal’s Darth Vader LLC, c/o Douglas Development, 702 H Street, NW, Suite 400, Washington, DC 20001-3875, for firm, fixed price garage parking of vehicles at 111 Massachusetts Avenue NW, Washington, DC, for the period of 02/01/2006 through 10/31/2006, plus four one-year option periods. Service will be provided to: USCIS, 111 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington, DC. This contract is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Jemal’s Darth Vader LLC / Douglas Development. under the authority 41 U.S.C. 253 ( c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 unless additional sources are located. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-DEC-2005).
