Description
U. S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS OFFICE RENTAL RATES IN THE AREA OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY PROJECT NUMBER: 5KY0068 AMOUNT: Approximately 2,691 rentable square feet yielding approximately 2,340 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet, available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishing, and equipment. Space must be on one contiguous level. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following area: First consideration will be given to offerors located within the Central Business Area (CBA). However, if there is no available Class A office space within this area, then the delineated area described below will be considered: From the intersection of I-24 and County Rd 1954 go west on I-24 to the intersection with U. S. Hwy 60. Then go west on U.S. Hwy 60 to the intersection with County Rd 786. Then go south on County Rd 786 across U. S. Hwy 62 to the intersection with County Rd 1438. Then go north and east on County Rd 1438 to the intersection with County Rd 339. Continue north and east on County Rd 339 to the intersection with U. S. Hwy 45. Then south on U. S. Hwy 45 to the intersection with County Rd 999. Continue east on County Rd 999 to the intersection with County Rd 1954. Then north on County Rd 1954 to the intersection with I-24. Continue east on I-24 to the intersection with County Rd 450. Then north on County Rd 450 to the intersection with U. S. Hwy's 60 and 62. Continue east on U. S. Hwy's 60 and 62 to the intersection with County Rd 787 (Culp Rd). Then south on County Rd 787 to the intersection with U. S. Hwy 68. Continue west on U. S. Hwy 68 to the intersection with I-24. Then west on I-24 to the intersection with County Rd 450. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning are a requirement. A total of 4 OUTSIDE parking spaces adjacent to the proposed location is needed as well. Tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy NO LATER THAN August 21, 2006. TERM: Lease term will be for 10 years with the Government having cancellation privileges in whole or in part on 60 days written notice after fifth year. OWNERS & AGENTS: Submission by any party other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
