- The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for delivery of Bulk Liquid Nitrogen, Low Moisture, Type II, Grade B, Class I to NRL?s Government-owned tanks and Contractor-leased tanks. This solicitation also provides for the purchasing of contractor supplied tanks, if necessary. The Government anticipates a 5 year, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract with a minimum quantity of 1,500,000 gallons and a maximum quantity of 7,250,000 gallons. The incumbent is Air Products & Chemicals, Inc., Allentown, PA. Details reguarding a site visit will be provided in Section L of the Solicitation. It is anticipated that only one award will result from this procurement. NRL uses Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and amendments to RFPs. Paper copies of the RFP will not be provided. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency.
