- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division has entered into a Basic Ordering Agreement with Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, 5600 Sand Lake Road, MP-0-51, Orlando FL 32819-8907 for a maximum ceiling amount of $9,900,000.00. The BOA covers a three-year period, with two one-year options. The BOA was awarded on 27 JULY 2004. The BOA may be utilized for support and procurement of AN/AAQ-30 TARGETING-GUIDANCE SETS (also known as Target Sight System (TSS)) and related supplies and services, for the US Marine Corps AH-1Z Super Cobra Helicopter inclusive of line items for systems, spares and repair parts, interim support repairs, engineering services, engineering changes, integrated logistics support, installation and check out materials, support materials, related travel, and data in accordance with Contract Data Requirements List. Procurements under this BOA will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is for the class of orders that may be issued by NSWC Crane under the BOA during the 2nd year of this BOA period that ends 26 July 2006. Individual job orders issued by NSWC Crane will specify required tasks and all applicable delivery terms and conditions. All responsible sources may inquire into the specific terms and conditions included in the BOA. Notes 22 and 26 apply.
