- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, CA 93042-5001 plans to use a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure on an other than full and open competition basis from Herley-RSS, Melborne, Florida, Flight Termination Systems in support of Harpoon Missile Program for the Government of Singapore. Parts to be procured include two Flight Termination Systems, installation and checkout in country and training for upgraded system. Contract award is estimated to be 31 March 2006. All parts are to be delivered by 31 August 2006. The Government has no drawings or circuit drawings for the electronic circuit boards. Herley-RSS is the only source with the prerequisite data in the form of detailed technical drawings to procure the parts with form, fit and function required for the FTS.
