Description: The Western Reginal Contracting Office intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Genetic Testing Services. The RFQ will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items Acquisition and FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items which authorizes the use of simplified acquisition procedures for the acquisition of supplies and services in amounts greater than the simplified acquisition threshold. The resulting contract will be for a base and four (4) option years. The RFQ w ill be issued on or about 24 February 2006 and will appear on this website. The response due date will be 14 days after issuance.
