Detailed technical data for the manufacture of these items will be available from the Army when the procurement package is ready for release. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to re spond to the requirement. Suppliers capable of manufacturing these items in accordance with the Governments requirements within the required delivery schedule shall respond in writing or e-mail.
