- The purpose of this Amendment 0001 to the combined synopsis-solicitation W91ZLKK-06-T-0199 is to extend the due date to 13 Feb 2006 at 1200 Noon EST and respond to a potential offerors concerns as stated in the Summary of Changes. Question - Pages 4 and 5 make reference (in the additional information provided) to the contractor providing an offsite location. Page 5 also states that the Government will provide office space. For the requirements of this work, will the contractor be required to provide an offsite location? Answer - Yes. Question - In what proximity to Aberdeen, Maryland does this office needs to reside? Answer - Near the Edgewood Area is best to attend on-site meetings. Question - Will there be a percentage of work on-site and off-site or will 100% be performed in one location? Answer - Most work will be off-site, with the exception of meetings which are on-site.
