Description

The 38 Engineering Installation Group has a requirement for non-personal services for local commercial communication services for 347 RCS, Moody AFB, GA. The proposed contract is for five years. The local exchange service provider certified by Georgia PUC shall provide local commercial communication service for 347 RCS, Moody AFB, GA. Local communications service shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, local access for commercial business lines, analog subscriber lines, analog trunks, transport channel services, directory number and number portability, 9-1-1 service, operator and directory assistance, local and Intra-LATA access, and interconnection with Inter-LATA exchange carrier. Competition is open to domestic and foreign sources. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged and/or a women-owned business. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under NAIC 517 with size standard of 1500 employees. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
