- Description
- The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies and supervision to replace a single lane 100' bridge with a double lane, 120' long concrete bridge on the Winn Ranger District, Kisatchie National Forest, Grant Parish, Louisiana, per drawings and specifications. This will be a firm-fixed price contract and is set-aside for small business. This is a negotiated acquisition requiring a written proposal. Award will be made based on the best value to the government and can be made on the initial offer. The government's estimate is between $250,000 to $500,000. The successful offerer will be required to furnish a 100% payment bond or certified money order after award. The solicitation package will be ready for download on or about February 23, 2006, and telephone requests are discouraged.
