- NSNS: 1680-01-151-6421. DSCR does not currently have approved technical data packages available for this item. This NSN is a Navy Critical Safety Item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1 year base period plus 4 option years. Estimated Annual Demand is 1120 each year. The required delivery is 153 days ARO. This item has a surge and sustainment requirement of 1 each delivered in 30 days ARO. Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) apply. There will be a guaranteed minimum of 280 each for the base year, however, the option years if exercised will not have a guaranteed minimum quantity. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
