Description

AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION - Areas of interest, preceeding the site visit held 2 February 2006 have produced the following changes - 1. The 4000 lb elevator will be made available for use of the moving company, to include a pre-designated space for offloading at the loading dock facility of Bldg N27. 2. All Computers, Printers and other Networked devices will be disconnected prior to movers packaging. These items are not required for contractor to hook up at Bldg N27. 3. The Government will provide all necessary preparations for shipment of the large copier machines identified for the move and the contractor shall move all copiers to Bldg N27. 4. The wall lockers discussed in the site visit are not a requirement for moving company to move. 5. The contractor shall not be responsible to un-pack any boxes once relocated to Bldg N27, with the exception of those boxes packaged containing books from bookshelves. 6. The contractor is allowed to perform during weekend business hours of 4 and 5 March 2006. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
