This is not a solicitation. This is a Sources Sought Announcement to research the market's capability to provide CUSTOM WOUND KITS to the Department of Veterans RLR VAMC in Indianapolis, IN. Please respond to Scottie L. Paramoure by 4:30 PM EST Wednesday, February 15, 2006 if your business is capable of providing custom wound kits meeting the following makeup and requirements. When responding, please indicate whether or not your business currently holds a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract for the supplies requested below. If your business does currently hold an FSS contract, please provide the contract number. Also provide your business size status (i.e. large or small) and any business certifications your business holds (i.e. HubZone, Women-owned, Veteran-owned, Service Disabled-Veteran-Owned, 8A, Disadvantaged, etc.). 1) VAC KIT (Consisting of items 1A-1H) 1A) Towel Drape 18x26, Quantity: 1 EA, Brand Name or Equal to Cardinal Health, Mfg. #3520. KIT PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS: All kits (Items #1-4) shall be packaged in a single wrap water proof wrap with a plastic dust cover using an envelope fold method. One pair of gloves shall be located on the top as the pack is opened, followed by the towel drape and the second pair of gloves.
