- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2995-01-467-9959, YPG06011000646, Parts Kit, Engine Oil Pump. This item is sole source to General Electric (99207), P/N: 258A5030G04, Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: Line 0001 88 each are to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA and Line 0002 234 each are to be delivered to Stockton, CA with a delivery of 310 DARO or best possible delivery. Solicitation issue date is February 09, 2006 with a closing date of February 24, 2006. The provision at 52.2112-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
