- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego Detachment, Seal Beach intends to solicit the following Renewal of Subscription from ProQuest Information and Learning, Ann Arbor, MI. on a sole source. ProQuest Computing (1 ea);ProQuest Telecommunications (1 ea); Research Library (1 ea); Applied S&T Plus (1 ea); ABI/Inform Global (1 ea);Newspaper renewal 1184793. Period of performance: Contract date through 11/30/06. Place of Performance: Dudley Knox Library, Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA. Award is to be made under simplified acquisition procedures using an oral request for quotation. Anticipated award date is 2/14/06. The proposed action is for service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. The requested service will be used as an information resource for academic and scholarly research. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The determination by the Government not to complete this requirement based upon responses to this notice soley within the discretion of the Government.
