Description
Multiple Award Remediation Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract (MARC) for Environmental Remediation Services, within the United States. The Government anticipates awarding two Service-Disabled Veterans set-asides, two Section 8(a) set-asides, and two additional awards to small businesses with the total capacity combined, not to exceed $300 Million for a base period of five years with one five-year option period. Minimum guarantees of $75,000 per contract over the base period of 5 y ears will apply. Work may be within the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division mission boundaries, all corps mission areas or other Federal agencies. Task Orders can be fixed price or Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF). Potential services may include, but are not l imited to, environmental services, environmental remediation, radiological remediation services and short-term operation and maintenance. The type of task order utilized will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Government. Evaluation criteria will be considered in the following areas in descending order of importance; 1. Experience, 2. Past Performance, 3. Technical, 4. Cost/pricing. This procurement will be conducted under North American Industrial Classification Series (NAICS) code 562910, Enviro nmental Remediation Services. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) will be F108, Hazardous substance removal, clean-up & disposal services & operational support, and the Standard Industrial Code (SIC) used is 8744.
