- This represents a preliminary market research for the Directorate of Contracting, Fort Campbell, Kentucky seeking to identify qualified and responsible contractors who are capable of providing, installing, testing, and support services for HVAC equip ment. The contractor shall be capable of providing HVAC equipment to include installation, performing start-up testing, coordination with construction contractors, engineering support, and other related support services for complete installation of HVAC e quipment. Contractor shall submit data showing their capability to provide chillers ranging from 10 tons to 300 tons and boilers ranging from 100,000 BTU to 2.5 MBTU. Also, contractors shall provide their ability to provide installation, coordination wit h construction contractors, start-up testing, engineering support, timely deliveries, design review support, and other related support services for complete installation of HVAC equipment mentioned herein. Responses to this market research must include th e following information: Type of equipment the contractor is capable of providing as well as descriptive literature and associated specifications, type of support services the contractor is capable of performing, and delivery timelines. Also, provide nam e and address of firm, size of business, average annual revenue for the past three years and number of employees; type of business: Hubzone, Woman owned, Disabled Veteran, 8(a), etc.; past performance documentation of same/similar work described herein. The preliminary market research results gathered under this survey will be used for information and planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Respondents WILL NOT be notified of the results of the evaluation. This Is Not A Solicitation, Therefore Do Not Request A Copy Of The Solicitation. If and when a solicitation is issued it will be posted on www.fedbizopps.gov. It is the respondents responsibility to monit or this site for the release of any synopsis or solicitation. The applicable NAICS code is 333415 with a small business size standard of 500 employees.
