- This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Coupling Clamp, Groo. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There are three approved source of supply: Perkinelmer, Cage 15284, V.I J. Corporation Cage 14581, Voss Industries, Cage 14242. The NSN, and Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) are as follows: NSN: 5342-00-316-9240; Base Year EAQ: 168 each; Option Year AEQ: 168 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection/ /Acceptance: Destination; 70 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and can be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 23 February 2006. The anticipated award date is 24 April 2006. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
